Glen Rock in Bergen County, NJ is a friendly place with much of the traditional remaining in the beautiful homes and in the spirit of its people. The cosmopolitan population of Glen Rock creates unique cultural diversity. The large town swimming pool and kiddy pool, acres of recreational facilities, many tennis courts, and an ice skating pond, all offer residents virtually year-round pleasurable activity. 

Four elementary schools, a middle school, and the Glen Rock Junior/Senior High School provide students with an outstanding educational system.  Glen Rock has an excellent free public library. Each year, Glen Rock hosts a full day of activities for the Fourth of July.  Parades, floats, marching bands, and picnics comprise an eagerly awaited and widely publicized annual event. 

The charming, centrally located main street shopping area offers an extensive variety of restaurants and convenience & specialty stores.  There is also a county park with a large pond, playground, and hiking/biking trails.  Glen Rock residents enjoy the added advantage of not one but two train stations - for the Bergen Line and Main Line - in the center of town for a comfortable and easy commute to New York City.  Glen Rock also offers bus service to New York City.
