of Saddle River - |
| Tranquil
beauty and superb quality describes Saddle River, a fine old town with a
long notable history. Forbes
ranked Saddle River #104 on it's "Most
Expensive Zips Codes 2005." Saddle River's median housing
price in 2006 was $1,852,000. Once the home of Richard Nixon, it is now the
setting for luxurious two-acre estates which boast magnificent old trees,
rambling brooks, lush meadows, breathtaking views, and impressive homes.
 This quiet hamlet is
entirely residential except for one small, picturesque shopping center.
Tradition goes on each year with a Halloween party for all town children,
a town Christmas party, and the opening of the fishing season. There
is a modern elementary school, and high school students attend nearby
Ramsey High School.
A private day school,
available to children from surrounding towns as well, and an excellent
nursery school supplement the educational facilities. Saddle River
is an affluent and beautiful place... gracious country living at its best! |
